There are lots of nifty terms we hear that stem from the spiritual lingo of the day.  While, “connection”, may seem to fit this bill, it’s value cannot be overlooked.  Most of the systemic problems we encounter are, at their root, derived from a lack of connection in some way.  This class aims to highlight the methods and approach I’ve learned to create authentic connections.

This class will share simple, yet clear and effective techniques, for managing energy in our day to day lives. 

As with so many things in life, we underestimate the value of what’s right in front of us. While the seeking the mystical and esoteric for meaning, we miss the sublimity of the obvious. So it is for color, rays of light. Light rays, which we regularly take for granted, hold the necessary information for our enlightenment (pun intended). But even if this is so, how do we utilize these rays in a way that’s practical and positive in our lives?
